Scam & iPod Juice Do Not Mix
Being in the ipod repair business, you notice articles in your industry. One such announcement was about iPod Juice and the cool things they are doing to show buyers they are not a scam.
Having spent that last few years working on and off with iPod Juice, I can speak from experience that ipodjuice scam is about as good as an oxymoron as you can get.
I can see why they made this announcement — people get real funny when they send their baby (read iPod or iPhone) to an (gasp!) internet company, and there are a lot of hoodlums out there. But iPod Juice is a straight Ace.
They have a crack, top-notch team and probably the best service in the industry. They are, really-o, the company that we one day hope to be. I had the fortune to even tour the iPod Juice offices a month ago and it’s state of the art – definately better than our little shop. But hey, watch out you guys, we are going to get ya! 
Everyone I met was very friendly despite the frenetic pace of the office. It was busy and fun and professional.
The UPS guy who was there at the time even told me he likes to stop at iPod Juice each day – he actually looks forward to it! Anyways, the company is offering tours of its’ shop so you can see their operation. Boxes getting opened, ipods being tested, batteries getting put in, iphones being shipped out. The owner says you will be able to see all this from a web camera on their website, which is pretty neat. and he also makes himself available to his customers (wow). I will have to keep a lookout for that UPS guy when their camera goes online.
