I was a huge fan of Johnny Depp’s performance in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, so I was really excited to hear that he was going to be in Tim Burton’s new movie about Alice in Wonderland. I myself am a big fan of classic stories and novels, like Alice in Wonderland or the Wizard of Oz, so this was right up my alley. Not to mention the fact that Johnny Depp in the past years has made some really strange and awesome movies because he seems to know the perfect combination of what type of interesting roles to pick.
I was on a break at work, and I decided to Google on my iPhone the Alice in Wonderland movie by Tim Burton that I’d been hearing about. They had only released pictures so far, but I got to check them out and see that it was Johhny Depp playing the Mad Hatter. The movie doesn’t come out for quite some time, but I definitely am gonna be one of the first people in line because I love the fact that they are making creative remakes of these old stories. I enjoyed reading all the books when I was child, so I’m excited to see Tim Burton’s take on this.
